We've partnered with Progress Coaching to address these challenges and provide our clients with a system that teaches managers how to engage and develop better performance levels with specific coaching approaches and techniques.


Onsite Coaching and Development:
Our Master Trainer/Coach will work side-by-side with your managers/leaders to observe coaching approaches, provide specific, behavioral feedback, refine coaching skills and set them up for success. Managers/Leaders receive "real-time" feedback, as well as a development plan for continued improvement.
